Master Self-Confidence:
Tips for a Balanced, Empowered Life

93% of workers say they’ve experienced a drop in confidence due to work-related incidents.

My clients are usually:

→ Battling perfectionism

→ Overcoming the fear of failure

→ Coming out of a toxic workplace

→ Re-entering the workforce after a break

→ Recovering from a micromanaging boss

So one area I work on with clients —

Rebuilding confidence before the next career chapter.

Here’s how to join the top 7% in building confidence:

1) Embrace your uniqueness

  • Your notable traits & unique strengths
  • Key experiences at work

2) Set small goals

  • Set manageable, achievable goals
  • This helps you get wins

3) Positive self-talk

  • Talk to yourself like you would a friend
  • Be forgiving when things go wrong

4) Celebrate wins

  • Small or big, celebrate your wins
  • Write down each win in a log

5) Seek feedback

  • Find mentors or coaches to guide you
  • Create a support group of peers

6) Destress

  • Check-in with yourself regularly
  • Do an activity you enjoy (meditation, a walk) daily

My life was a mix of this: Full calendars Missed milestones of my daughter Working late nights and weekends A lot of skipped lunches for meetings Chronic insomnia because I lived in stress No matter what I tried, nothing worked. Not vacations. Not a weekend off. Not even disconnecting from work. Even if I felt temporary relief, it would come crashing back the minute I was...
